Chamomile acts as a nervine sedative to calm the nerves after a long day, but gentle enough to be used throughout the day without causing drowsiness. Lavender helps to calm the overactive mind. All together, these herbs will promote more clarity, peace of mind and begin to rebuild the worn down nervous system.
This blend will be cooling and drying to the body’s constitution.
Directions:
Use 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per cup of water. Steep covered up to 20 minutes strain and enjoy. Sweeten as needed.

1/2 Cup Oat Tops (Avena Sativa)
1/2 Cup Oatstraw (Avena Sativa)

1/4 Cup Lavender (Lavendula x Intermedia)
