Bedtime Tea
Bedtime tea is an excellent way to wind down from a long day. This herbal blend helps to support a calm and relaxed state which will help you to unwind, ease the mental chatter and allow for a better night’s sleep.
Directions:
Use 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per cup of water. Steep covered up to 20 minutes strain and enjoy. Sweeten as needed.
Please note that chamomile is a bitter herb, so steeping overnight will make a more bitter tea, but it’s effects will be enhanced.
Ingredients: Chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita), Lavender (Lavendula x intermedia), Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) , Oatstraw (Avena Sativa) and Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis)
